Arity Oberoi

Arity Oberoi completed her Bachelor’s degree (with Honours) at Rani Birla Girls’ College, Kolkata. She began her career in the development sector over 15 years ago, and has since held leadership roles across grassroots programs and capacity-building initiatives. Arity brings deep expertise in team management, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation. She is passionate about driving meaningful change through community-centered interventions and continues to work with dedication to improve outcomes for marginalized children and families.
