SAHAY

The employability programme

The Employability Programme is a comprehensive initiative designed for youth aged 19-24, aimed at enhancing their employability through three key components

Post-secondary Scholarships

Post-secondary scholarships are provided to youth to pursue higher education and technical training, enabling them to advance their academic and professional qualifications.

Career Readiness

Career readiness includes personalized career counseling, problem-solving and negotiation training, goal-setting, interview preparation, job search strategies, mock interviews, and role-playing exercises. These activities equip youth with the tools and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

Into Employment

Into employment offers industry-specific skills development, mentorship, practical exposure, and computer training. Additionally, youth benefit from placement assistance, which enhances their chances of securing jobs.

Career Guidance

Our career guidance program, offered to students in grades 10 through 12, is designed to help them explore and identify a career path that aligns with their individual skills, interests, aspirations, and aptitudes. The program provides personalized guidance on career options and offers a step-by-step action plan to help students effectively achieve their long-term goals.
